Read the full Privacy PolicyHealth data we collect and why
What: weight, body measurements, height, date of birth, sex, meals, workouts, check-ins, notes, progress photos, and, if you allow it, steps, weight, active energy and workouts from Apple Health. Why: to provide the app's tracking and coaching features you ask for, to keep the service secure and working, and, only if you turn on usage analytics, to understand how the app is used.
Where we get it
From you, from Apple Health if you allow it, and from a coach if you allow the coach to add entries.
Health data we share, and with whom
The data you choose to share with a coach goes to the coaches you choose. The data an AI assistant you connect asks for goes to the AI assistant providers you connect. Data shown on screen while usage analytics is on goes to analytics providers, only if you turn analytics on. We share health data only with your consent. We don't sell it. We also use service providers that process it for us under contract.
Your rights
You can ask to confirm whether we collect or share your health data, get a copy of it and a list of the third parties we shared it with, and have it deleted. You can withdraw consent at any time: delete your account in Settings, change coach sharing in Settings, disconnect an AI assistant, or turn analytics off. Email [email protected]. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If the appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general.
Third-party collection over time
If you turn on usage analytics, analytics providers may collect information about your use of our website and app over time.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will post the new version here and tell you in the app or by email. You can review your data in the app and correct it there, or ask us at [email protected].
